I can't say enough good things about Kiara at My Home and Solar Solution. I originally had no plans to go solar. I just needed a new roof. Then I saw one of Kiara's posts on Nextdoor about programs available to homeowners in fire-risk areas to help replace their roofs, and I reached out. Kiara took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of solar, both the pluses and the minuses, so I could make an informed decision. She found a way for the TPO company to cover the cost of my new roof so I could opt into SCE net billing plan. On top of that, I got a full solar panel system, two solar batteries, and a new main electrical panel, all without having to pay for any of the equipment, maintenance, installation or repairs , I just pay for the electricity and it’s cheaper. The batteries have already proven their worth. When the power went out in our neighborhood recently, my house stayed fully powered. All our appliances worked, the internet stayed on, and everything ran perfectly for over 9 hours . She guided me through every step of the process, and I'm incredibly grateful. I hundred percent recommend my solar solutions. They have been a really great team to work with and Kira reaches out to us at least twice a year to make sure if we have any questions or have any issues.
