I was honestly shocked. To keep it short, my electric bill used to average around $600 a month. Kiara at My Solar Solutions is the absolute best. I was referred to her by several coworkers who had used her to have solar panels installed on their homes. I heard nothing but positive things about her and their experiences.
Kiara discussed the loan options (which we didn't end up doing due to other options available) with me via zoom and several phone calls. Once the ball got rolling, she was very consistent with checking in and updating me on next steps in the process. When the city I live in made things difficult during the permitting stage, Kiara was on top of it. This required many email correspondences and negotiating between her and the city inspectors office. After months of work, and when it seemed like the city would not budge on denying the project, Kiara was not dissuaded from continuing to push for the approval.
Eventually, Kiara was able to hire an engineering company that completed a comprehensive report that was sent to the city, eventually getting them to overturn their initial denial of the project. The project was greenlit and panels were installed a day or two later. The panels and batteries look amazing and are super minimal and modern.
We are super happy with our decision to seek out solar energy, and it would have never been possible without Kiara.
